Remember Vanilla? We do! Vanilla hasn't changed at Virginia Dare. We start with the best Madagascar Bourbon beans.  We process them gently, patiently, caringly.  The result is the sweet, rich, resiny, full-bodied vanilla that's Virginia Dare.

Vanilla is the world's most widely enjoyed flavor.  Use 1 teaspoon of extract per cup of flour in cakes or mixes.  Try 1/2 teaspoon to a glass of milk with a tablespoon of sugar to please children who don't like milk.  Add a few drops to any fresh fruit dessert to make it more delicious.
