Lemon Rosemary Chicken
Stir-Fry |
|
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into thin
strips 1 package of frozen stir fry vegetables 2 tablespoons of crushed pepper flakes 1 package white rice or Thai noodles 4 tablespoons of high temperature oil, such as peanut oil 1/2 bottle of Cinnamon Bay Lemon Rosemary Glaze
Cook the rice (or the Thai
noodles) per package directions. Heat the oil in a wok or sauté
pan. Add the chicken to the pan and cook until golden brown,
stirring occasionally. Add the frozen stir fry vegetables and cook
as desired. Add the crushed pepper flakes. Add the 1/2
bottle of Lemon Rosemary Glaze, heat and serve with the rice or noodles.
Total preparation time 15 minutes. Serves 4-6 |

Blackened Rum Ribeyes |

8 - 10 3/4 cut rib eye steaks (12-15oz) 1 bottle Cinnamon Bay Caribbean Rum Marinade
Place ribeyes in rum marinade and
marinate for 8-10 hours. (Keep refrigerated while marinating) Place on
hot grill, searing the steak. Brush on additional marinade during
grilling. Grill to desired doneness. Serves 8. |

Tropical Shrimp |
1 lb of 13-15 ct raw shrimp, peeled and
deveined 1/2 cup coconut flakes 1/4 cup Cinnamon Bay Tropical Seasoning 1 tbsp olive oil
On medium-high heat 1 tbsp
of olive oil in a sauté pan. When oil is hot, add clean, thawed
shrimp, coconut flakes and Tropical Seasoning. Sauté for
approximately 2 minutes or until shrimp are fully cooked. Serve
immediately. Preparation time 5-10 minutes. Serves 10-14 |

Lime Pepper Chicken |
Chicken Breast Cinnamon Bay Lime Pepper Seasoning
Clean chicken breast,
place on a plate and sprinkle Lime Pepper generously on both sides.
Place on grill, sprinkling additional Lime Pepper after turning.
Remove when fully cooked. Total Preparation time 20-30 minutes.
Serves 1-2 per chicken breast.

Caribbean Tortellini Salad |
5 lb Tri-Color Tortellini 1 lb dried fruit (apricots, pineapple, cranberries, cherries) 1/2 cup pecans 1 bottle Cinnamon Bay Coconut Poppyseed Vinaigrette
Cook tortellini al dente.
Cool tortellini, place in mixing bowl, set aside. Cut up dried
fruit into small pieces. Add fruit, pecans and vinaigretty to
tortellini. Mix until pasta is well coated. Serve and enjoy!
Preparation time about 20 minutes. Serves 12-14. |
