Spicy Coating mix
for Chicken
|
4 chicken breasts
1/4 cup light olive oil
1/2 cup potato flakes
1/4 cup Szeged
Chicken Rub
To taste:
garlic powder
salt
pepperMix together the potato
flakes, Szeged
Chicken Rub, garlic and salt &
pepper
in a plastic bag, such as a freezer storage bag. |

Coat the chicken breasts with
oil, then drop one at a time into the bag with the seasonings and shake till
covered. Repeat with the remaining chicken breasts.
Place on shallow baking disk or cookie sheet.
Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees. |
