Rib Eye
Steaks |
2-1 ½ lbs. Rib eye steaks, bone in
1/3 Cup favorite steak sauce
4 1/2 Tablespoons
Szeged Steak Rub
Place steaks in a pan or dish with sides. Pour Allegro on the meat and
turn once.
Put
Szeged Steak Rub in a small mixing bowl. Remove the meat from the juice and coat both sides with the
rub. Place the meat in a single layer in the smoker bag and
close the bag.
Cook on a hot grill or in an oven (475 F) for 15 minutes and then lower
the temperature to Medium (oven to 375 F) and continue to cook for an
additional 15 to 20 minutes. Remove the bag from the oven or grill and
allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before opening the bag.
Slice and serve. Serves 4
