Aunt Emma's Chocolate Cake1-1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
1 cup sour or buttermilk
1 teaspoon soda (dissolve in milk)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter (beat WELL)
2 tablespoon milk
vanilla
Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, and salt
Set aside
Mix milks, vanilla and butter
Gradually add dry ingredients to the milk mixture.
Blend till smooth
Pour into 9 x 12 cake pan
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
